I’m a Media Consultant currently heading up all recruitment across media agencies, consumer publishing and digital media. Being a Media Consultant means that I get to work closely with candidates and clients to ensure processes run smoothly. Prior to recruitment, I worked as an NHS midwife for 3 years (and healthcare for a total of 7 years).

Over my seven years of working in healthcare I developed a knack for understanding what people want and how to make it happen, which I've transferred into my career in recruitment. I'm passionate about aligning mutual interests between clients and candidates and I have been using this to successfully place great people in great companies.
