I joined SAVVY Recruitment 8 years ago after working in house for a specialist OOH agency. Since then, I have progressed to Managing Director and manage such a brilliant team. Savvy’s people centred approach and Oli's determination to make a difference in the recruitment industry, by providing an excellent service whilst prioritising honesty and respect, has made me even more determined to succeed.

I've always felt empowered to follow my own path at SAVVY and in my 4th year, I worked part-time whilst completing a Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling & Therapy. I’m now a practicing therapist which has helped me both as a recruiter and a manager. Understanding people’s individual needs means I am skilled at matching clients with the perfect candidates for them and as a manager my goal is to make sure everyone at Savvy feels valued, supported and driven to succeed.

With each year SAVVY has gone from strength to strength whilst also keeping to our values. I couldn’t be prouder of where we are and I’m excited to continue on this journey.
